If you asked Faridah Abdulrazaq what her five year plan was it will be “To taste, question and take over the world.” And honestly so far, so good. A recently graduated chemical engineer, Faridah has been on committees promoting Women in STEM and people with African & Caribbean backgrounds. She has also volunteered for a breast cancer charity, helped do a TEDx Talk and been a student brand ambassador for a pharmaceutical company. She’s currently doing an internship at an Energy Company where she is still empowering people from racial ethnic minorities. Faridah is also obsessed with books and has created her love letter to African literature @karantabooks . Faridah’s biggest dreams are tied with making other people’s dreams come true thus she’s interested in being a fairy godmother and eventually entering the venture capital space.
